Stephanie Pratt to Enter 30-Day Rehab Program

Last month, Stephanie, 23, was a href=http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc#038;zu=http://gossip.about.com/b/a/259380.htmarrested in LA/a for suspicion of driving under the influence. According to a href=http://www.tmz.com/2009/11/13/stephanie-pratt-not-guilty-dui/iTMZ/i/a, her breathalyzer tests registered .08 and .09 while the legal limit is .08. She decided to plead not guilty to a charge of misdemeanor DUI and will probably get off scott free./ppIf she ends up being convicted, Stephanie faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
