Lindsay, 23, was attending an /iMTV Movie Awards/i after party when the device was triggered. Does this mean that she violated the terms of her agreement not to consume any alcohol? The judge in her case seems to think so as she quickly issued a warrant for Lindsay's arrest, according to a href=http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20392362,00.htmliPeople/i/a. p
Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel ruled that Lindsay violated the terms of her a href=http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc#038;zu=http://gossip.about.com/b/2010/05/20/authorities-drop-the-lindsay-lohan-arrest-warrant.htm$100,000 bail agreement/a and changed it to $200,000. This means that the starlet not only forfeits the original amount, but also had to fork over another $200,000. The new bond was posted yesterday and the warrant was removed. p
Some people quickly came to her defense speculating that a drink may have been spilled on Lindsay's a href=http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc#038;zu=http://alcoholism.about.com/od/dui/a/scram.htmSCRAM/a bracelet. Unfortunately, it's not that simple. The device itself detects alcohol in the person's body. So, was Lindsay foolish enough to think that she could actually get away with a drink or two that night?p
Of course, the troubled starlet denies any wrongdoing and even posted a bunch of Tweets in her own defense.
