Joe Don Rooney Celebrates Birth of Daughter

 He’s best know for the uber-talented guitarist for Rascal Flatts, and now Joe Don Rooney has become a dad for the second time.
The “Life is a Highway” rocker and his wife Tiffany Fallon said hello to their beautiful baby girl Raquel Blue Rooney this past Tuesday (September 7th) in Nashville.
Rooney and his wife also have a two-year-old son named Jagger Donovan and are tickled to give him a baby sister.
Joe Don told press, “Tiffany and I are so excited to have brought a brand new baby into the world. Raquel Blue is so beautiful and we feel so grateful to have this sweet little angel round out our family. Jagger is already an excited big brother; yesterday he gave her kisses and tried to feed her cookies! We feel blessed and are ready for the sleepless nights ahead.”
