Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky Tie the Knot

Chelsea, 30, and Marc, 32, had 400 friends and family on hand to celebrate the big day. The bride wore a strapless gown by Vera Wang (also one of the guests) and her mother, Hilary Clinton, wore an Oscar de la Renta number. p
Some of the big names in attendance included included Mary Steenburgen, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, actor Ted Danson, film producer Steven Bing, and various congressmen. The family was so excited that after they took their vows, Chelsea's parents quickly released the following statement:pToday, we watched with great pride and overwhelming emotion as Chelsea and Marc wed in a beautiful ceremony at Astor Courts, surrounded by family and their close friends. We could not have asked for a more perfect day to celebrate the beginning of their life together, and we are so happy to welcome Marc into our family. On behalf of the newlyweds, we want to give special thanks to the people of Rhinebeck for welcoming us and to everyone for their well-wishes on this special day.p
